Telehealth is not appropriate for medical emergencies or every medical condition. Patients may be referred for in-person or emergency evaluation when clinically indicated.
Medical Weight Management
A personalized, medically supervised approach to weight management designed around your health history, lifestyle, and individual goals.
Your initial evaluation may include review of your weight history, previous weight-loss efforts, current medications, medical history, nutrition and activity patterns, weight-related health risks, and development of an individualized treatment plan.

Medication, laboratory testing, pharmacy costs, and other third-party services are not included in the visit fee unless specifically stated. An evaluation does not guarantee that medication will be prescribed.
Payment for an evaluation does not guarantee certification. Certification is provided only when eligibility requirements are met and the provider determines that medical cannabis is clinically appropriate.
Medical Cannabis Evaluations
Confidential medical cannabis evaluations are available for eligible Maryland patients seeking certification.
Your evaluation includes a review of your medical history, qualifying condition and symptoms, previous treatments, potential risks and benefits, and whether medical cannabis is clinically appropriate for your individual circumstances.
When appropriate, patients will receive education regarding responsible use, potential adverse effects, precautions, and follow-up care.

Payment is for the clinical evaluation and does not guarantee an ESA letter or other documentation. Documentation is provided only when supported by the clinical assessment and when professionally and legally appropriate.
Emotional Support Animal (ESA) Evaluations
Healique Health provides individualized clinical evaluations for patients seeking documentation related to an Emotional Support Animal.
The evaluation focuses on understanding your current concerns, relevant history, functional limitations, and whether the presence of an emotional support animal may provide a clinically meaningful benefit.
$150 Comprehensive ESA Evaluation
If additional testing, laboratory services, or vaccinations are needed, patients will be referred to an appropriate outside provider or facility. Completion of an examination does not guarantee medical clearance or certification.
Mobile Physicals
Need a physical but don't want another trip to a traditional medical office? Healique Health provides select physical examinations through convenient mobile and organized on-site events.
